When submitting a room request, please be aware that your request is not final until you receive confirmation back. Please allow 24-72 hours to receive your confirmation back. Also, all requests require at least a fourteen (14) day notice prior to the requested event date. This ensures our staff are able to have the room ready for the date and time you are requesting.
