Mayday, Mayday, Mayday

A recent Monday evening training lead by Lt. Brian Claybern and FF Josh Lile refreshed members on policys addressing Mayday calls. Detailed instruction was given on the popular acronym "LUNAR". L - Location, U - Unit, N - Name, A - Assignment, R - Resources.
Several techniques with search patterns, entanglements and communications were practiced, along with an elevated level of anxiety during the stairway and floor collapse excercise. A great training indeed, thanks to all involved in making it happen.
