A recent Monday evening training attended by Ballardsville Fire & Rescue, LaGrange Fire & Rescue, South Oldham Fire Department and Oldham County EMS was well attended and a welcome refresher for both Technician and Operations Level HAZMAT operations.

Three separate days of classes were held in order to accommodate all departments in the county. Oldham County has a large volume of rail traffic that operates through the area, including the more populated city's of Crestwood, La Grange and Pewee Valley.
