The countywide burn ban has been lifted, however, keep in mind that outdoor burning is limited to NATURAL GROWTH. Open burning regulations are enforced by the Division for Air Quality. The fall forest fire season is now upon us and outdoor burning is regulated by KRS: 149.400

During fire seasons, it is illegal to burn anything within 150 feet of any woodland or brushland between the hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
