SURPLUS VEHICLE - 2003 FORD, F-250 XL, CREW CAB, 4X4, 5.4 LITER GAS V8
OWNED BY THE LAGRANGE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

The LaGrange Fire Protection District will be offering for sale a surplus, 2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty
pick up truck by sealed bid auction on June 13, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.

The vehicle has a 5.4 liter gas engine, with a 6'.75" truck bed, with approximately 97,000 miles. To obtain further

BID CONDITIONS
1. All bids must be received in writing, in a sealed envelope by 4:00 PM on June 13, 2019 in order
to be considered in the auction of the vehicle. The Board of Trustees set a minium bid for the truck
at $7000. Bids should be submitted to the LaGrange Fire Protection District, care of Susan
Ripperdan, 309 N. First Ave., LaGrange, KY 40031. Bids will be opened and considered at the meeting
of the Board of Trustees at 5:30 PM on June 13, 2019.

2. A bid reserve amount will apply to the vehicle. The LaGrange Fire Protection District reserves
the unqualified right to reject any or all bids. Any bids tendered in an amount less than $7000 will
not be accepted.

3. The vehicle will be sold “as is” without any warranties regarding its condition or performance.
The vehicle will also be sold without certain emergency response equipment and parts that will
be retained by the LaGrange Fire Protection District. To obtain further information about the
