The Lagrange Fire Protection District will be offering for sale a surplus, 1998 Ford F-350 Super Duty pickup truck by sealed bid auction on November 12, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.

The vehicle has standard cab with a five-speed manual transmission and 7.3 liter diesel turbo engine, four wheel drive, 8 foot truck bed, rail mount tool boxes, full grill guard with a front mount receiver hitch, and approximately 21,200 miles. BID CONDITIONS
1. All bids must be received in writing, in a sealed envelope by 5:30 PM on November 12, 2020, 2020 in order to be considered in the auction of the vehicle. The Board of Trustees set a minimum bid for the truck at $10,000.00 Bids should be submitted to the Lagrange Fire Protection District, care of Susan Ripperdan, 309 N. First St., Lagrange, KY 40031. Bids will be opened and considered at the meeting of the Board of Trustees at 5:30 PM on November 12, 2020.

2. A bid reserve amount will apply to the vehicle. The Lagrange Fire Protection District reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids. Any bids tendered in an amount less than $10,000.00 will not be accepted.

3. The vehicle will be sold “as is” without any warranties regarding its condition or performance. The vehicle will also be sold without certain emergency response equipment and parts that will be retained by the Lagrange Fire Protection District, unless sold to another governmental entity.
