BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The LaGrange Fire & Rescue Department is funded by a fire district tax pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 75 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes. The Fire District is governed by a seven member board of trustees. The Board of Trustees consists of seven members, two elected by firefighters (serving a 4 year term), two elected by property owners (serving a four year term), and three appointed by the county Judge Executive (serving a three year term).
BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETINGS
The LaGrange Fire Protection District Board of Trustees conducts their regularly scheduled board meetings on the second Thursday of each month commencing at 5:30 PM at department headquarters, located at 309 North First Avenue, LaGrange, KY  40031. Board meetings are open to the public.
