Elder Park Rd. Structure Fire
By Major Keith Smith
September 4, 2010
Quick, effective action from both LaGrange and Ballardsville firefighters made the difference during a fire in a single family dwelling on Elder Park Rd. on Saturday afternoon. Dense smoke and high heat conditions proved challenging inside the home that had seen several structural changes over the years. Great mutual aid work with from both departments generated many words of praise when the job was completed.
