| Officer Nickolas Wilt, a new officer to the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD), ran towards gunfire yesterday to save lives. He remains in critical condition after being shot in the head.

Nick Wilt joined the LaGrange Fire & Rescue Department in 2016 and is an active firefighter member. As with all of our fire department members, Brother Wilt is one of our most value assets.
